Avenue Managed Services and Findustrial Partner to Scale EaaS in the U.S.

In a shift toward usage-based manufacturing, Evanston-based Avenue Managed Services and Austria’s Findustrial are launching a joint effort to implement Equipment-as-a-Service programs across the United States. The partnership aims to help OEMs and system integrators pivot from one-time hardware sales toward long-term, performance-driven recurring revenue models.

The traditional equipment transaction model often concludes upon delivery, but the As-a-Service framework mandates a continuous relationship between the manufacturer, end-user, and capital provider. Success under this structure relies on uptime, asset utilization, and defined service-level agreements rather than simple ownership transfer. Avenue Managed Services brings local expertise in program development and established U.S. capital relationships to navigate the complexities of usage-based financing. Complementing this, Findustrial contributes its proprietary operating system, which has already been stress-tested through live manufacturing deployments in Europe.

Expanding the Servitization Bridge

This collaboration specifically addresses the friction European manufacturers face when attempting to replicate successful home-market models within the American regulatory and financial environment. By managing risk allocation, contract structures, and residual-value assessments, the two firms enable companies to launch service-based offerings without the need to build heavy internal infrastructure. For manufacturers already operating in the U.S., these programs are designed to run alongside traditional sales channels, providing a hybrid approach to hardware distribution. As Peter Lobin of Avenue Managed Services noted, the core objective remains the delivery of ongoing value and measurable outcomes, effectively transforming how industrial technology is consumed by the end-user.
