Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen Marks Four Decades of Cajun-Inspired Dining

Since opening its first doors in 1986, Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen has anchored its brand in the boisterous, bold culinary traditions of the French Quarter. Now, as the restaurant chain enters its 40th year of operation, it is launching a month-long celebration across its locations to honor its long-standing guest base.

Throughout October, the restaurant will rotate classic menu items back into the spotlight, including the Shrimp Montage, Crawfish Bisque, and Praline Cheesecake. To mark the milestone, the kitchen has also introduced the Cat 40, a specialty cocktail available for a limited time. The anniversary push extends to weekly promotions, with Fat Tuesday specials offering half-off oysters and commemorative glassware for those who order the signature anniversary drink.

Christina Pappas, Chief Marketing Officer for Pappas Restaurants, credited the brand's endurance to both the loyal patrons and the multi-generational staff that have defined the dining experience since the mid-eighties. Beyond the menu changes, the company is hosting a sweepstakes where ten winners will receive $400 gift cards. Guests can track these events and enter the contest via the brand’s dedicated anniversary portal.
