St. Croix Hospice Secures Sixth Consecutive Quality Connections Award

The Quality Connections program evaluates providers across four pillars: education, application, measurement, and innovation. Achieving the highest level requires organizations to meet rigorous benchmarks in each category, a standard St. Croix Hospice has hit every year since 2021. The program, now overseen by the National Alliance for Care at Home, acts as a national framework for continuous improvement in hospice and palliative services.

Ashley Arnold, Senior Vice President of Quality at St. Croix Hospice, emphasized that the metrics represent more than just internal compliance. She noted that behind every successfully closed ring is a patient or family relying on the organization during critical moments. With over 90 locations operating across ten states, the provider maintains a footprint that spans the Midwest and Great Plains, offering 24-hour support and same-day admissions to ensure care continuity for those in need.
