Soboba Casino Resort Taps IGT for Operational Overhaul
Following a rigorous competitive bidding process, Soboba Casino Resort in San Jacinto, California, has selected IGT to overhaul its floor operations. The resort will implement the IGT ADVANTAGE X casino management system to modernize patron flows and deepen player engagement through a more integrated, frictionless technology stack.
The transition integrates IGT’s latest management software with existing Everi FinTech solutions, a pairing intended to create a seamless experience for both operators and guests. Jason Cozart, general manager at Soboba, noted that the upgrade provides the necessary scalability to support the resort’s long-term growth and modernize daily gaming interactions.
Beyond the core management system, the deployment includes the M5-powered Service Window, the Lucky Coin Bonus, and a Taxable Accrual module designed to automate jackpot hand pays. IGT CEO Hector Fernandez stated that the move positions the resort to reduce friction across the player journey. This deal marks a significant expansion for IGT, which combines the resources of the former International Game Technology gaming business and Everi Holdings to provide unified solutions for the global casino industry.
