Family Office Network Ittikar Opens Membership After Private Beta
After a six-month trial restricted to 100 founding members, the AI-driven private capital network Ittikar is expanding its access to a broader cohort of family offices. The platform, developed by the Abu Dhabi-based Mondevo Group, uses proprietary technology to automate due diligence and match deals to investor profiles.

The platform functions as a buy-side hub where family offices analyze, invest, and raise capital. Mondevo Group established its viability by utilizing the system to acquire the Italian menswear house Caruso and the Milan-based brand accelerator Underscore District. According to co-founder Fabio Brambilla, the software enabled the firm to read and grade entire data rooms within days, drafting investment memorandums before traditional advisers typically complete an initial review.
Mondevo Tech, the group’s internal engineering division, built the platform using more than 50 engineers and 120 AI coding agents. The architecture adheres to European standards, including GDPR and the EU AI Act, with each family maintaining control of their data within sovereign, encrypted pods. The system’s intelligence, branded as Capital DNA, filters deal flow to match the specific risk appetite and investment profile of each member, rather than presenting unfiltered market data.
Following the successful rollout of the initial version, the company has begun development on a second release scheduled for completion by June 2027. Future capabilities will include advanced portfolio monitoring and tools for tokenizing assets on distributed ledgers. While the network is now open for new members, Mondevo Group maintains that the platform is designed for institutional-grade curation rather than open-market solicitation.
