Lynn Haberland oversees the Granger location, citing the method's integration with functional medicine as a primary driver for the community. In Bel Air, owner Denyele Fiacco transitioned to the brand following personal success with the training philosophy, while the San Francisco studio is operated by the duo Lupita Romero and Venetia Vonich. According to PVOLVE President Julie Cartwright, the expansion highlights a growing demand for fitness models that prioritize long-term health and mobility over traditional high-impact exercise.

Founded in 2017 by Rachel Katzman, the company differentiates itself through a clinically backed approach that combines resistance tools with biomechanics-focused workouts. The franchise currently operates over 45 locations and maintains a robust development pipeline of more than 50 additional sites. The brand’s hybrid model, which includes both digital streaming and physical studio access, continues to anchor its growth strategy as it moves into new territories.
