Patrick Orman Named CFO at Surgical Information Systems

Orman brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare and enterprise software, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance at Dynatrace. During his time there, he helped scale the company’s annual revenue from $400 million to over $2 billion and played a pivotal role in its 2019 initial public offering. His background also includes leadership positions at pharmaceutical manufacturer Sanofi, providing him with a blend of operational expertise and financial oversight.

CEO Tim O'Brien cited Orman’s track record in scaling high-growth businesses as a key asset for the firm’s long-term strategy. Orman, who holds an MBA from The Wharton School, will focus on strengthening SIS’s market position while managing the company’s financial planning and analysis. SIS continues to maintain a significant presence in the ambulatory surgery sector, having been recognized as a top EHR vendor by Black Book and KLAS for several consecutive years.
