BCN Launches PRISM Platform to Centralize Network Management

The platform functions as a centralized hub, linking BCN’s service delivery systems with real-time operational data. Users gain direct access to service health, latency metrics, and interactive network mapping, alongside administrative tools for tracking orders and reviewing invoice history. By integrating these previously disparate workflows, the company seeks to remove the friction often associated with managing complex, multi-site technology deployments.

At the core of this release is PRISM Ops, a backend BSS/OSS architecture that serves as the system of record. This foundation is engineered to ensure data consistency and scalability, allowing BCN to integrate future features as their portfolio of fiber, cloud, and security services grows. President and COO Julian Jacquez stated that the initiative centers on providing a simpler, more transparent way for partners and clients to interact with BCN’s service ecosystem. Chief Product Officer Chris Alberding noted that the platform is designed to evolve, with plans already in place to expand its diagnostic and operational capabilities.
