Saratech Absorbs Geometric Solutions to Scale Siemens PLM Footprint
By absorbing Michigan-based Geometric Solutions, California-based Saratech is consolidating its position as a dominant provider of Siemens product lifecycle management software. The deal, announced October 1, 2026, shifts responsibility for license sales, implementation, and training to Saratech, effectively expanding their reach into the Midwest manufacturing corridor.
The merger combines two entities deeply entrenched in the Siemens Digital Industries Software ecosystem. For Geometric Solutions, the transition offers a path to scale its existing customer support and technical training programs under the umbrella of Saratech, which earned the title of Siemens Partner of the Year in 2025. Clients in the automotive, aerospace, and heavy industry sectors can now expect access to a broader suite of services, ranging from 3D printing to AI-enabled engineering tools.
Craig Radomski, Siemens VP for the Americas, noted that the integration provides existing Geometric Solutions customers with a more robust technical infrastructure. Dr. Saeed Paydarfar, CEO of Saratech, emphasized that the acquisition serves the company’s broader goal of supporting digital twin and Industry 4.0 adoption. As the two teams integrate, Saratech plans to maintain service continuity while leveraging the combined workforce to push deeper into complex product development markets.
