Papa Murphy's Revives Jack-O Pizza Tradition for October
For ten dollars, customers can again order the festive, jack-o'-lantern-shaped pizza that has become a staple of Papa Murphy’s October menu. Available starting October 1, the seasonal pie features a pepperoni face and olive eyes, serving as the centerpiece for the brand’s broader push to capture the Halloween dining market.

The Vancouver-based take-and-bake franchise is pairing the seasonal pizza with a "Scream of a Deal" bundle, which adds chocolate chip cookie dough to the order for a total of fifteen dollars. Dallas Massey, senior vice president of marketing, noted that the promotion aims to simplify meal planning during a typically hectic holiday month. Families can purchase the items throughout October at participating locations, opting to bake the fresh dough at home whenever their schedule permits.
Beyond the base pricing, the company offers customization options including dairy-free cheese or a family-size upgrade for an additional three dollars. These offerings coincide with National Pizza Month, reinforcing the brand's position as a flexible option for neighborhood gatherings and pre-trick-or-treating dinners. The items will remain available through October 31 across the chain’s nearly 1,000 locations.
