CPG Taps Schneider Electric Veteran Russ Morrissey as President
Ashburn-based infrastructure firm CPG has appointed industry veteran Russ Morrissey as President, effective October 1, 2026. Reporting directly to CEO Keith Lambert, Morrissey will oversee daily operations and strategic execution as the company targets further expansion across the data center and mission-critical facility sectors.

Morrissey arrives at CPG with over twenty years of leadership experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Schneider Electric’s North America Regional Application Center. During his 15-year tenure there, he managed teams responsible for solutions supporting $6 billion in annual business. His background also includes a stint as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Lee Technologies, where he facilitated the firm's successful acquisition by Schneider Electric in 2011.
CEO Keith Lambert will retain his role, shifting his focus toward long-term strategy, enterprise value, and client relationships. Morrissey, a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Georgetown University Law Center, is tasked with aligning CPG’s internal functions to support its next phase of growth. The transition aims to bolster the company’s standing as a provider of resilient infrastructure for high-stakes environments, including healthcare and government facilities.
