The fund is managed by a veteran team including Leonard Kwan, Samy Muaddi, and Richard Hall. Their strategy focuses on capturing relative value across local currency and hard currency markets by leveraging the firm’s fundamental research and top-down allocation expertise. This launch marks the ninth active ETF introduced by the firm throughout 2026, signaling a continued push to broaden its footprint in fixed income and thematic investment vehicles.

Leonard Kwan emphasized that active management remains essential for navigating the divergent inflation and growth patterns found in emerging economies. The firm, which oversees $1.90 trillion in assets as of August 2026, intends for the fund to serve as a yield-focused building block for diversified portfolios. Investors are reminded that these shares trade at market prices and may be subject to brokerage commissions and spread costs.
