The event, themed GO BEYOND, marks the fourth anniversary of HAIRFEST and features a three-day program of live shows and technical masterclasses. Industry heavyweights including Mihai Mares, Kasia Fortuna, and Josh Lamonaca are scheduled to present, joining Fresha ambassadors like Yadiel "Arod" Rodriguez and Thaddeus Jayaseelan. These sessions aim to facilitate knowledge exchange among professionals who operate in markets ranging from Europe to Australasia.

Fresha’s continued involvement follows a period of significant expansion, with the platform reporting a 108% year-on-year increase in active barber partners between 2025 and 2026. The company now positions itself as a central hub for the profession, supporting major global events like the Toronto Barbers Expo and HairCon in the UK. By integrating education into its sponsorship, the platform seeks to bridge the gap between digital booking technology and the hands-on craft of modern barbering.

Industry leaders attending the event, such as L'Oréal Professionnel, BaBylissPRO, and Wahl Professional, underscore the scale of the gathering. For organizers George Xidaseli and Stefanos Polizos, the collaboration with Fresha is central to their goal of elevating the convention’s international profile. As digital trends and techniques permeate borders, the event serves as a physical forum for stylists to refine their skills and expand their professional networks.
