The 2026 expression draws from two distinct lots: 51 barrels matured on the third floor of Warehouse I, and 48 barrels aged on the first floor of Warehouse L. These selections yield proofs ranging between 125 and 135. According to Assistant Master Distiller Caleb Trigo, the lengthy maturation process has resulted in a profile characterized by dark maple syrup, orange zest, and toasted marshmallow, finished with a notable nutty oak complexity.

Each bottle is hand-filled, wax-dipped, and individually numbered. To emphasize the product's provenance, the custom canister includes granular details on the specific warehouse location, lot, and barrel number. Originally established in 1881 and acquired by Brown-Forman in 1936, the brand saw a hiatus between 1968 and 2018. This latest release remains consistent with the company's strategy of leveraging its historic portfolio to capture the high-end American whiskey market.
