Cabinetworks Group Opens Third On-Site Health Clinic in Waconia
Employees at Cabinetworks Group’s Waconia, Minnesota plant now have access to free medical care directly at their workplace. The 1,500-square-foot facility, which opened following a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 30, represents the manufacturer's third zero-cost health clinic launched across its national network in the last two years.

The clinic serves employees, spouses, and dependents, providing a range of services from wellness exams and vaccinations to chronic condition monitoring for diabetes and cholesterol. Staffed by board-certified professionals from Medcor, the facility features three exam rooms and a laboratory, aiming to remove the financial and logistical barriers often associated with seeking medical treatment.
CEO Jeff Jackson emphasized that providing care on-site is a proactive strategy to foster a more resilient and engaged workforce. The Waconia location mirrors existing clinics operating in Middlefield, Ohio, and Independence, Oregon. Beyond these facilities, the company maintains a broader benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement, maternity leave enhancements, and financial assistance programs for child and elder care. Cabinetworks Group, the largest privately held cabinet manufacturer in the U.S., currently employs over 5,000 people across 20 locations.
