IGNITE Social Enterprise Formally Distances Itself From QNET

Hong Kong-based IGNITE Social Enterprise issued a formal declaration on October 1, 2026, asserting its complete corporate independence. The firm explicitly denied any legal ties to QNET, clarifying that commonalities in executive staff do not constitute a shared ownership structure or any form of corporate affiliation between the two entities.

The statement arrives following public speculation regarding the firm's relationship with other direct-selling organizations. IGNITE emphasized that it functions as a distinct legal entity with independent governance and management, holding no status as a subsidiary, franchisee, or representative of any other market player. While some advisors and brand affiliates possess prior experience at QNET, the company maintains that these individual professional backgrounds create no legal or corporate obligations between the two separate enterprises.

Operating through an e-commerce model, the company distributes wellness and lifestyle brands including SANAREY, SENA, and ELARA, alongside its digital learning platform, brAInify. Naresh Balasubramaniam, Chief of External Operations, noted that the organization’s primary focus remains on strict compliance and the development of micro-entrepreneurship opportunities. According to the company, commissions for its registered brand affiliates are strictly tied to verified product sales, adhering to local commercial regulations in each of its active markets.
