Meghan Shue, the Chief Investment Strategist at Wilmington Trust, earned a spot on the publication's Women to Watch list, marking her return to the honors program. Joining her are Carly Nathanson and Mary-Ammielle Stone, both of whom were selected for the NEXT category. This specific designation highlights high-achieving professionals aged 40 and under who have successfully managed major projects or initiated institutional change.

For Nathanson, a Senior Investment Advisor at Wilmington Trust, and Stone, the Small Business Lending Manager for M&T Bank, this recognition marks their first time appearing on the American Banker honors list. Kevin Pearson, Vice Chairman of M&T Bank, noted that the selections reflect a long-standing internal focus on cultivating female leadership within the organization. The honorees will be formally recognized during a ceremony held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City on October 22, 2026.
