Monique Jackson Named West Coast Director at Athenian Group

Jackson arrives at the Houston-based firm following a career that spans leadership roles at Accenture and PwC, as well as founding her own consultancy, L&F Project Management. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of organizational challenges, including digital transformation, project governance, and operational excellence across sectors ranging from healthcare and retail to government and transportation.

Athenian Group CEO Bobby Dixon noted that Jackson’s background aligns with the firm’s focus on long-term, sustainable results. The company currently supports 20 clients across the West Coast, a region that has become a cornerstone of its operations. Jackson, a certified Project Management Professional with degrees from the University of Southern California and Texas A&M, will focus on deepening these partnerships while navigating the complex, large-scale initiatives that define the firm’s portfolio.
