Broadridge Taps Salesforce Veteran for Board Seat
Srinivas D. Tallapragada, a long-time Salesforce executive, has been nominated to join the Board of Directors at Broadridge Financial Solutions. The appointment coincides with the departure of Amit Zavery, who is stepping down after seven years of service to the fintech firm following the company's 2026 Annual Meeting.
Tallapragada brings a background in enterprise technology to the Broadridge board. Currently a special advisor to the CEO at Salesforce, he spent 14 years at the company, overseeing global engineering, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. His previous experience includes senior engineering roles at SAP Labs and Oracle, alongside an existing board position at GoDaddy. Eileen Murray, Chairperson of Broadridge, cited his expertise in scaling technology and driving innovation as key factors for the nomination. CEO Tim Gokey expressed gratitude for Zavery’s tenure, noting that his contributions were instrumental during his seven-year term. The transition will be finalized at the upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting, where shareholders will vote on the new board composition.
