The appointments arrive shortly after J. Mark King stepped into the role of President and CEO this past July. King indicated that the new leadership hires are intended to fortify the company’s internal infrastructure during a period of heavy investment in equipment and manufacturing capabilities.

Goff joins as Vice President of Operations with a background spanning three decades in medical device manufacturing. Her career includes a long tenure at Argon Medical, where she oversaw operations across seven countries, and a recent stint at Canadian Hospital Specialties. Blake, the new Chief Financial Officer, contributes over 25 years of financial leadership in life sciences and specialty manufacturing, including roles at LGC Clinical Diagnostics and Tegra Medical. According to the company, these additions are designed to support the firm’s focus on complex, tight-tolerance engineering projects.
