The integration aims to consolidate operating infrastructure and safety protocols, allowing the combined entity to scale its excavation services for electric, telecommunications, and natural gas projects. Chris Reinmiller, Chief Operating Officer of Peak Utility Services Group, noted that the acquisition serves as a strategic move to deepen the company's presence in one of the nation's most active utility sectors.

Joe Russom, Director of Operations at Superior Hydrovac, emphasized that the merger focuses on combining technical expertise and talent rather than mere scale. By pooling resources, the firm intends to enhance service reliability for infrastructure projects throughout the region. Delta’s established customer relationships will now fall under the operational umbrella of Superior Hydrovac, which maintains a primary focus on non-destructive utility excavation and line maintenance.
