Innventure Investors Face October Deadline in Securities Fraud Suit

Investors who suffered losses in Innventure, Inc. between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, have until October 27 to petition the court to act as lead plaintiff. The class action lawsuit, spearheaded by the firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, targets alleged misrepresentations regarding the company’s business operations.

The legal complaint contends that Innventure misled shareholders by failing to disclose critical adverse facts during the specified period. Central to the allegations is the partnership between Accelsius and DarkNX. The suit claims that the deal was portrayed as transformative, despite a total lack of evidence that DarkNX was actually constructing or facilitating large-scale AI data centers. Consequently, plaintiffs argue that the company’s revenue and cash flow projections for 2026 were significantly overstated.

Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, a firm recognized for its work in investor recoveries, is representing those seeking to recoup losses. While the court has yet to certify a class, interested investors must file their motions by the October 27 deadline. Those who purchased securities during the class period retain the option to remain absent class members or retain their own counsel.
