Farmers judge technology by what it returns, not by what it promises, said Eric Hansotia, AGCO’s Chairman, President and CEO. To bridge this gap, the company is demonstrating how its PTx precision agriculture ecosystem integrates across mixed fleets, allowing operators to retrofit older machinery with factory-grade autonomy. The event highlights a shift toward brand-agnostic solutions that attempt to unify data from planting through harvest.

Key demonstrations include the Fendt IDEAL combine paired with the OutRun autonomous system for grain cart logistics, and the Fendt Rogator 900, which utilizes SymphonyVision AI to target weeds with localized chemical application. Beyond the hardware, the company introduced Aurora, a generative AI assistant integrated into the Panorama platform, designed to provide farmers with instant, voice-activated insights into their field data. By combining these digital tools with the FarmerCore service model—which emphasizes remote diagnostics and over-the-air updates—AGCO aims to minimize equipment downtime during the critical six-to-eight-week harvest window.
