DayOne Data Centers Targets Nasdaq Listing in Upcoming IPO
Singapore-based digital infrastructure firm DayOne Data Centers has officially filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to launch an initial public offering. The company intends to list its American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol DODC.

The offering is backed by a syndicate of major financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, and Citigroup, which are set to serve as underwriters. While the company has initiated the formal filing process, specific details regarding the number of shares to be offered and the anticipated price range remain undisclosed.
Founded in 2022, DayOne operates a sprawling network of AI-ready data centers across ten markets, including operations in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Finland, and Spain. The registration statement is currently pending effectiveness, meaning the company cannot yet accept offers or finalize sales until the SEC completes its review and the prospectus becomes finalized.
