S&H Rugs Unveils Tactile Fall 2026 Collection at High Point Market
In High Point, North Carolina, S&H Rugs is set to debut its Fall 2026 collection, emphasizing a departure toward sensory-driven design. The new lineup features hand-knotted techniques that blend traditional silk and wool craftsmanship with a contemporary wabi-sabi aesthetic, prioritizing raw, earthy materials and sophisticated, distressed textures.

The upcoming exhibition highlights a technical shift in rug production, focusing on the interplay between luminous silk and high-density wool. Designers have moved toward deconstructed looks, utilizing oxidized finishes and exposed warps to create a grounded, tactile experience. This approach aims to bridge the gap between historic Persian Polonaise styles and modern, minimalist interior requirements.
S&H Rugs will present several distinct lines, ranging from plush Gabbeh wool carpets featuring intricate animal motifs to geometric Arts & Crafts patterns. The collection also introduces Piled Flat Weaves in high-contrast color palettes of greens, golds, greys, and blues. These pieces will be on display at the High Point Market from October 17 through October 21, 2026, at booth M-1015 in the Suites at Market Square.
