Structurely Rebrands as 21X to Target Sports Industry Revenue
Aspen-based AI engagement firm Structurely has rebranded as 21X, launching a dedicated sports vertical in partnership with GameAbove Sports. The transition marks a strategic pivot to scale its automated conversation technology, aiming to convert fan databases into measurable revenue through voice, SMS, and email-based AI orchestration.

The rebrand signifies the company's next growth phase, moving beyond its roots in real estate and mortgage lending to leverage a decade of experience across 500 million customer interactions. CEO Corey Welch emphasized that the core mission remains unchanged: capturing demand and sustaining follow-ups to drive top-line growth. Existing clients will retain full access to services and integrations without interruption as the company shifts its branding.
21X SPORTS, the new business unit, is built to help collegiate athletic departments and professional franchises manage large-scale fan engagement. By automating routine interactions—such as ticket renewals and merchandise outreach—the platform aims to qualify leads and route high-value opportunities to human staff only when personal expertise is required. Backed by CapStone Holdings, the firm intends to replace fragmented marketing tools with a unified platform that reduces operational overhead. Keith J. Stone, founder of GameAbove, noted that many sports organizations possess massive fan databases but lack the consistent, scalable capacity to monetize them effectively.
