The recognitions, awarded by Avtar and Seramount, highlight the company's efforts to embed diversity and employee well-being into its core business model. Beyond its long-standing commitment to female professional advancement, Omega Healthcare was honored as a Champion of Inclusion for the second year running, a title that acknowledges the firm's focus on integrating diverse perspectives across its global workforce.

Anurag Mehta, CEO and co-founder of Omega Healthcare, attributed the achievement to the collective efforts of the company's staff in fostering an environment of belonging. Lalitha M. Shetty, Vice President of Human Resources, noted that these distinctions validate the company's internal culture, where inclusion and support are treated as fundamental business practices rather than isolated initiatives. The awards will be formally presented during Avtar’s Best Practices of the Best conference on November 3.
