Investors Face October Deadline in Innventure Securities Fraud Lawsuit

Investors who lost more than $100,000 on Innventure, Inc. (NASDAQ: INV) securities between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, have until October 27, 2026, to file as lead plaintiffs in a pending class action lawsuit filed by the Rosen Law Firm.

The lawsuit alleges that Innventure executives disseminated materially false information regarding the company's subsidiary, Accelsius Holdings LLC. According to the complaint, claims concerning a transformative deal with DarkNX were misleading, as investigators found no evidence that DarkNX was capable of constructing or facilitating large-scale AI data centers. Consequently, the company’s 2026 revenue and cash flow projections for Accelsius were allegedly inflated, leaving investors with significant losses once the true nature of these operations reached the market.

Those interested in serving as lead plaintiff must move the court by the October 27 deadline. Participation in the litigation requires no out-of-pocket payments, as the case is handled under a contingency fee arrangement. Investors are not currently represented by counsel and may choose their own legal representation or remain absent class members. The Rosen Law Firm, which has secured substantial recoveries in past shareholder litigation, is currently coordinating the effort to hold Innventure accountable for its public disclosures.
