The financing round, which involves the issuance of over 5.1 million shares of common stock at $7.93 per share and additional pre-funded warrants, saw participation from firms including Sirenia Capital Management LP, Aberdeen Investments, and Casdin Capital. The transaction is slated to close on or about October 9, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Leerink Partners served as the lead placement agent, supported by a syndicate including Cantor, Barclays, and Wells Fargo Securities. Proceeds from the offering are earmarked for the development of the company’s lead product candidates, including ATR 1072 for PRKAG2 syndrome, currently moving through the Corventis Phase 1/2 clinical trial. By leveraging proprietary technology that combines monoclonal antibodies with siRNA, Atrium aims to address the genetic drivers of cardiac diseases, extending its operational runway significantly into the future.
