Cheryl L. White Named Pinnacle Professional of the Year
After three decades navigating the complexities of industrial manufacturing, Cheryl L. White has earned recognition as a Pinnacle Professional of the Year by The Inner Circle. Her leadership at National Access Design LLC, a firm specializing in industrial door solutions, has bridged the gap between material science and global market expansion.
White founded National Access Design LLC to provide specialized industrial infrastructure, ranging from freezer blast cell doors to dock seals. Her approach integrates advanced material applications with high-level business operations, securing the firm's reputation in domestic and international markets. A 1992 University of Cincinnati graduate, she balances her executive duties with active roles in the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and Goldman Sachs small business initiatives.
Beyond her manufacturing footprint, White maintains a commitment to workforce development and local philanthropy. She has hosted STEM workshops for students and supports organizations including the Roselawn Community Center and New Path Orphanage. Her advocacy work reached the federal level in October 2025, when she engaged Senator Bernie Moreno in Washington, D.C., to discuss the specific challenges facing American small businesses. Currently, White is preparing to scale her company’s operations into the Indian market while developing a new product line dedicated to cold storage technology.
