YYForce Transforms Facility Management Into Digital Marketplace
YYForce is pivoting its 24iFM platform from a back-end utility into a consumer-facing digital ecosystem, integrating on-demand household services and lifestyle advertising directly into its facility management software. The move aims to tap into Southeast Asia’s rapidly expanding digital economy by monetizing interactions within residential and commercial properties.

The expansion introduces two distinct revenue streams to the company’s existing facility management operations. Through the new Services Marketplace, YYForce will collect commissions on household bookings, while the Lifestyle segment offers digital ad space for merchants ranging from wellness providers to education services. By consolidating tasks like visitor registration and facility bookings with third-party service discovery, the company seeks to increase the commercial value of its established property relationships.
Mike Fu, Chairman and CEO of YYForce, described the strategy as a way to extend property interactions beyond traditional maintenance. The platform is designed to scale without requiring individual facility management contracts for every new commercial service added. This digital layer currently targets the Singapore market, where housing stock reached 381,996 units as of June 2026. While the company views this as a significant growth opportunity, actual revenue remains contingent on user adoption rates and the successful integration of merchant partnerships across the region.
