EQT Sets Nomination Committee for 2027 Annual Meeting
With thirty percent of voting rights represented, EQT AB has finalized the composition of its Nomination Committee ahead of the 2027 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Jacob Wallenberg will preside over the group, which draws its mandate from the firm's ownership structure recorded on August 31, 2026.
The newly appointed committee includes Conni Jonsson, representing Jean Eric Salata, and Jeremy Coller, who serves as his own appointee. Joachim Spetz joins the panel on behalf of Swedbank Robur Funds, alongside EQT AB Board Chair Jean Eric Salata. This group holds the responsibility for preparing board appointments and governance proposals for the upcoming general meeting.
