CFMOTO 675SR-R Named Official Bike for 2027 WorldWCR
The CFMOTO 675SR-R will serve as the official motorcycle for the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship starting in 2027. This agreement with the FIM and Dorna WSBK Organization marks the first time a Chinese manufacturer has been selected as the designated supplier for an FIM World Championship one-make series.
The WorldWCR, established in 2024, is the premier global road racing series dedicated exclusively to female riders. By utilizing identical machinery for every competitor, the series focuses on rider skill as the primary differentiator. The 675SR-R is powered by an in-house 675cc liquid-cooled three-cylinder engine capable of 70 kW at 11,000 rpm and 70 N•m of torque, a configuration already validated through competition in the British Superbike Championship.
Development of the platform involved a partnership with the Aspar team, CFMOTO’s technical collaborator in Moto2 and Moto3. This joint effort ensured that professional track data directly influenced the production model. As the official supplier, the manufacturer is set to deploy a full technical support system, covering race bike preparation, spare parts logistics, and on-site engineering teams for the 2027 season.
