The project represents a $5 million investment by Fitness Ventures, the largest Crunch Fitness franchisee in the United States. Construction moved rapidly, beginning in April and concluding with the facility's opening on September 28. Throughout the transition, the original club remained operational, ensuring members experienced no disruption to their fitness routines.

This new site introduces the Crunch 3.0 design, featuring an expanded array of amenities including Olympic lifting platforms, a functional HIITZone with indoor turf, and a dedicated group fitness studio. The club also incorporates recovery services, such as HydroMassage and tanning, alongside traditional offerings like personal training and on-site childcare. Brian Hibbard, CEO of Fitness Ventures, noted that the expansion underscores the company’s strategy of reinvesting heavily into acquired locations. The firm currently operates 124 clubs across 30 states and continues to target rapid growth within the high-value, low-price fitness sector.
