KB Home Launches Two Residential Communities in Oakley
Priced from the low $600,000s, two new residential developments—The Landing and The Meadows—have officially opened within the Cypress Ranch master plan in Oakley, California. The expansion marks a significant addition to the East Bay housing market, offering proximity to transit corridors and recreational sites like the San Joaquin Delta.
Located on East Cypress Road between Sellers Avenue and Jersey Island Road, the communities feature a mix of one- and two-story detached single-family homes. Floor plans offer up to six bedrooms and three baths, targeting families and commuters who require access to Highway 4 and the BART system. Residents will be served by the Oakley Union Elementary and Liberty Union High School districts.
Matt Sauls, president of the company’s North Bay division, stated that the project emphasizes buyer autonomy, allowing homeowners to personalize floor plans and interior finishes at the builder's design studio. The homes are engineered to meet ENERGY STAR certification standards, a designation currently held by fewer than 12% of new homes nationwide. Sales offices and model homes are now open for both walk-in visitors and scheduled appointments, with digital tour options also available for prospective buyers.
