USCF Investments to Liquidate Five Exchange-Traded Funds
The Board of Trustees of USCF ETF Trust has moved to close and dissolve five exchange-traded funds, citing a strategic decision to prune the firm’s product line. The liquidation process, which begins this month, will see assets distributed to shareholders after trading halts on the NYSE Arca.

The affected funds include the USCF Sustainable Battery Metals Strategy Fund (ZSB), the USCF Oil Plus Bitcoin Strategy Fund (WTIB), the USCF Energy Commodity Strategy Absolute Return Fund (USE), the USCF Gold Plus Income Strategy Fund (USG), and the USCF Dividend Income Fund (UDI). Each fund will cease accepting creation orders before undergoing a portfolio liquidation process that deviates from their original investment objectives.
Shareholders should note distinct exit timelines for each product. ZSB will halt trading on October 20, with final distributions expected on October 27. WTIB and USE will follow suit on November 6, with payouts scheduled for November 13. The USG fund is set to close on November 13, distributing proceeds by November 20, while the UDI fund will wrap up operations on December 4, with final redemptions at net asset value occurring on or about December 11.
