Wulcea Launches Graphene-Powered Heated Jacket Series
Moving away from rigid internal wiring, Wulcea has introduced a new line of heated outerwear utilizing GrapheneNano™ technology. The collection aims to replace bulky winter layers with a flexible, far-infrared heating system designed for outdoor professionals and commuters, promising consistent warmth without the stiffness associated with traditional electric garments.

The new series features six targeted heating zones powered by a 18,400mAh battery, capable of providing up to 10 hours of heat on a single charge. By employing graphene elements, the jackets offer rapid three-second heating while maintaining a lightweight profile. To ensure user safety, the 12V system incorporates NTC thermal sensors that automatically deactivate the heating elements if temperatures surpass 131°F (55°C). The entire collection meets international safety benchmarks, holding UL, FCC, and CE certifications, alongside RoHS environmental compliance.
Founder John C emphasized that the design priority remains personal mobility, allowing users to navigate winter environments without being weighed down by heavy insulation. The lineup includes a rugged hardshell jacket for high-intensity outdoor work and a color-blocked ski jacket tailored for alpine sports and urban use. These garments feature durable SBS zippers and intuitive, hidden controls. With over one million users globally, the brand is positioning this launch to make advanced thermal apparel more accessible to the mass market through streamlined production efficiencies.
