The company showcased 22 scientific abstracts detailing the performance of its immunology portfolio. Key findings from the Phase 3 AFFIRM study indicate that subcutaneous SKYRIZI achieved higher rates of clinical remission and endoscopic response compared to placebo in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease. These results remain consistent through 24 weeks of treatment, offering a potential path forward for those who have not responded to prior therapies.

Long-term data from the FORTIFY and SEQUENCE open-label extension studies further support these outcomes, demonstrating durable efficacy for up to five years in complex cases, including patients with fistulizing disease. Complementing these findings, real-world evidence from the Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense healthcare systems highlighted the effectiveness of RINVOQ for difficult-to-treat Crohn's disease patients, including those with stricturing or isolated ileal conditions. These presentations underscore the company's focus on addressing the long-term management of immune-mediated conditions.
