The recognition draws from a massive survey of 798,867 travelers who evaluated their global experiences to identify the industry's most enduring symbols of excellence. For Reed Kandalaft, the hotel's Regional Vice President and General Manager, the award serves as a validation of the daily commitment shown by his staff. He noted that the honor reflects the genuine care and hospitality provided to guests, which remains the cornerstone of the property's reputation.

Since its 1928 opening, the hotel has cemented its status as a preferred destination for royalty, celebrities, and international travelers. The property currently anchors the Golden Triangle with 395 updated guest rooms and high-profile amenities, including the Michelin-recommended CUT by Wolfgang Puck, a Forbes Five-Star spa, and a Mediterranean-style pool inspired by the private villa of Sophia Loren.
