insidepacket Launches AI Access Platform for GPU Cloud Connectivity
Public clouds triumphed over enterprise workloads not through processing power, but through accessibility. Now, Palo Alto-based insidepacket is applying this lesson to the fragmented AI compute market, launching an AI Access Platform designed to bridge the gap between enterprise demand and GPU capacity through operator-managed private networks.

The platform, debuting in Europe alongside Zayo Europe, functions as a neutral layer that allows operators and GPU providers to offer on-demand connectivity. By deploying a white-label Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) model, insidepacket enables enterprises to bypass lengthy manual integration projects, establishing private network paths to GPU resources in minutes. This approach addresses the growing issue of "islanded" AI compute, where connectivity has historically been treated as a separate, complex project.
With Synergy Research Group projecting the neocloud market to reach $400 billion by 2031, the platform offers two primary business models: a dedicated on-ramp branded by the GPU cloud provider, or an operator-led marketplace that exposes multiple GPU clouds to enterprise customers. The solution includes built-in security and elastic bandwidth, with initial site deployments achievable in approximately 90 days. For European clients, the system supports in-country, auditable data paths, directly addressing regional requirements for data sovereignty.
"The question is who owns the on-ramp to intelligence," said Eli Karpilovski, Founder and CEO of insidepacket. "Our answer is the operator or provider that runs it; we supply the platform, and the market participant retains the brand, customer relationship and margin." The technology leverages insidepacket's existing NaaS infrastructure, which has been operational in the U.S. since late 2025.
