Chris Graham Honored as Industry Icon at Global Branded Residence Awards
London-based real estate consultant Chris Graham has been named the inaugural Industry Icon at the 2026 Global Branded Residence Awards. Selected by public vote, the recognition highlights two decades of influence within the luxury real estate sector and his role in shaping the development of branded residential projects globally.
Graham, who founded the consultancy firm Graham Associates in 2008, secured the title after a competitive nomination process that included prominent industry figures such as Rosewood Hotel Group CEO Sonia Cheng and YOO founder John Hitchcox. Beyond his consultancy work, Graham is widely recognized for his authoritative research, specifically the reports 'Branded Residences: An Overview' and 'The Branded Residences Compendium.'
The inaugural awards ceremony, hosted virtually by Boutique Hotel News editor Eloise Hanson and International Hospitality Media CEO Piers Brown, evaluated nearly 200 global entries. The judging panel assessed projects and individuals across various categories, including design, marketing, and overall industry contribution. Graham’s win serves as a formal acknowledgment of his consistent efforts to raise professional standards and provide comprehensive market data for developers and investors worldwide.
