Havoc Secures Army Phase III Contract for Multi-Domain Logistics
Following a successful performance in the xTech Overwatch competition, Providence-based Havoc has landed an SBIR Phase III contract from the Army Applications Laboratory. The award fast-tracks the deployment of its collaborative autonomy software, designed to orchestrate complex logistics resupply missions across both aerial and ground-based hardware platforms.

The agreement marks a transition from experimental development to a scalable federal procurement model. By securing the Phase III designation, Havoc gains the ability to bypass traditional competitive bidding processes, allowing any federal agency to procure its autonomy solutions directly. This move stems from the company's proven ability to manage supply delivery for the 1st Cavalry Division during the Overwatch/Pegasus Charge initiative.
CEO Paul Lwin noted that the platform is engineered to function in contested environments where standard communications may be disrupted. The software enables autonomous assets to share operational data and adapt to changing conditions in real time, reducing the necessity for direct human intervention in high-risk zones. The expanded scope of this contract focuses on refining these cross-domain coordination capabilities to meet evolving military logistics demands.
