Volumetric Building Companies Liquidates Cabinetry Assets at Auction
As Volumetric Building Companies scales its modular manufacturing footprint, it is offloading a massive cache of high-performance production assets from its Tracy, California facility. MachineryMax and Holland Industrial Group have opened bidding on over 700 lots, ranging from automated machining lines to specialized hardware insertion systems.

The online-only event features late-model industrial machinery, including 2019 Biesse Selco WNAR6 angular beam saws and automated hardware insertion lines. According to Charles Swafford, Executive Vice President of MachineryMax, the sale provides a rare opening for millwork shops, furniture manufacturers, and panel processors to acquire state-of-the-art production technology in a single, consolidated event.
Beyond primary CNC machining centers, the catalog includes Nederman dust collection systems, robotic automation, and extensive material handling infrastructure. Bidding for the 480 lots scheduled for the first day closes at 9:00 AM PT on October 28, while the remaining 200-plus lots conclude at the same time on October 29. A 15% buyer’s premium applies to all winning bids, with full equipment specifications and catalogs available via the MachineryMax platform.
