Founder Scott Hendler and attorney Leigh A. Joseph were named to the 2026 Super Lawyers list, while Laura Goettsche earned a place among the Rising Stars. The selection process, managed by Thomson Reuters, is highly competitive, limiting the Super Lawyers designation to no more than 5% of attorneys in the state. The Rising Stars category is restricted to lawyers under 40 or those with less than a decade of practice experience, with a cap of 2.5% of the state's legal professionals.

Since establishing the firm, Hendler has focused on a strategy that prioritizes individual client narratives over high-volume case processing. The firm’s work spans class action litigation, wrongful death claims, and products liability. Hendler, licensed in Texas since 1989, previously received Super Lawyers recognition in 2020 through 2023. Leigh A. Joseph, who joined the firm’s recognized roster, has been licensed since 2007, while civil rights attorney Laura Goettsche has been practicing since 2017.
