CMF launches modular Bluetooth speakers with a dairy-inspired aesthetic

The sub-brand, currently spinning off from Nothing into an independent Indian entity, is launching two distinct models that prioritize customizable hardware alongside affordable pricing.

The lineup includes the $59 Speaker S and the $109 Speaker M, both available in white, dark gray, orange, and turquoise. The compact Speaker S houses a 45mm full-range driver supported by two passive radiators, while the larger Speaker M ups the fidelity with a dedicated 10W tweeter and a 25W woofer. Both units boast 18 hours of battery life and an IP68 rating, ensuring durability in various environments.

Beyond internal specs, CMF emphasizes physical personalization. Users can detach and replace the front panel and multifunction playback knob. To encourage deeper customization, the company intends to release official design files, allowing enthusiasts to 3D print their own unique aesthetic components. Connectivity options remain robust, featuring Bluetooth 6, multi-device switching, and Auracast support for synchronized audio across multiple speakers. Users can also pair two identical units for stereo separation, controlled entirely through the Nothing X app.
