GAC Debuts CARE+ Service Platform at Paris Motor Show
At the 91st Paris Motor Show, Chinese automaker GAC unveiled its new European service brand, GAC CARE+, signaling a push toward full-chain localization. The manufacturer aims to secure its foothold in the region by combining the global debut of its AION UT Cross with an aggressive, around-the-clock service infrastructure.

GAC is positioning its "Always There, Always Care" philosophy to address the specific needs of the European market. The initiative centers on a comprehensive support framework that moves beyond traditional maintenance to include full-lifecycle vehicle management. Key offerings include three years of free roadside assistance, supported by a centralized logistics hub in Rotterdam capable of fulfilling parts orders with a 95% success rate within 36 hours.
The company is backing these services with a warranty package covering eight years or 160,000 km for vehicles, and eight years or 200,000 km specifically for battery components. To ensure local accessibility, GAC is launching a dedicated French-language call center, with plans to expand regional language support alongside continuous over-the-air software updates. The integration of a proprietary mobile app allows users to manage remote vehicle controls and European-standard home charging solutions, bridging the gap between hardware performance and digital ownership experience.
