Encore Funding Rebrands as Staffing Industry Sees Renewed Growth
As the U.S. staffing sector records a 3.3% year-over-year revenue increase in mid-2026, Cleveland-based Encore Funding is overhauling its brand to better support agency owners. The family-owned firm is moving beyond simple capital provision, launching a new educational hub to help entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of payroll and business scaling.

The staffing industry faces a persistent cash flow paradox: agency owners must settle weekly payroll obligations while waiting up to 90 days for client payments. Encore Funding, which leverages three generations of industry experience, aims to bridge this gap by positioning itself as an operational partner rather than a traditional lender.
General Manager Chad Eberly noted that the firm’s evolution is designed to address the specific hurdles of modern staffing, such as compliance and infrastructure demands. By providing back-office support alongside financial backing, the company seeks to act as an extension of its clients' teams. This strategy is now supported by the launch of Encore U, an educational masterclass series intended to share practical guidance on long-term business sustainability. VP of Business Development Dane Adelman emphasized that the rebranding effort prioritizes accessibility and human-centric support, ensuring that agency founders have a direct line to expertise when scaling their operations.
