Jerusalem-based Scinai Immunotherapeutics has signed a definitive agreement with a U.S. biopharmaceutical firm to provide development and clinical manufacturing services. The deal involves comprehensive chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) development for an investigational oncology product. Services span process development, manufacturing readiness, and the creation of a prefilled-syringe presentation, with clinical manufacturing slated for 2027. Beyond the initial commitment, Scinai has identified potential additional clinical manufacturing opportunities valued at $5.85 million, which could extend operations through the first half of 2028.

Following this announcement, Scinai’s total Committed Customer Orders have surged to approximately $7.6 million. This represents a 300% increase from the $1.9 million reported at the end of 2025 and more than doubles the $3.1 million figure recorded in mid-August 2026. CEO Amir Reichman noted that the agreement provides vital visibility into the company’s 2027 manufacturing pipeline, allowing for better facility utilization and stronger operating performance. While the base contract is fixed, the company expects to generate further revenue through separate billing for project-related costs and procurement handling.
