Grafine and Atlantic Ridge to Acquire Paragon Films for $900 Million
A $900 million deal sees investment firms Grafine Partners and Atlantic Ridge Capital acquire Paragon Films, an Oklahoma-based manufacturer specializing in high-performance stretch film. The transaction, expected to close in late 2026, marks a significant expansion for the partnership, which focuses on industrial technology and sustainable supply chain materials.

Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Broken Arrow, Paragon Films produces advanced protective films designed to minimize material waste during transit. The company serves over 20,000 customers across the food, e-commerce, and industrial sectors. Its proprietary manufacturing process allows for thinner-gauge films that maintain load integrity while providing cost savings of up to 30% and reducing material usage by as much as 40%.
Elizabeth Weymouth, founder of Grafine Partners, cited the company’s durable demand and competitive positioning as primary drivers for the investment. Eytan Tigay, founder of Atlantic Ridge Capital, noted that the acquisition will leverage his firm’s expertise in industrial technology to scale operations. This deal deepens the existing relationship between the two investment firms, which began when Grafine served as an institutional partner for Atlantic Ridge’s inaugural fund. The acquisition is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
