Professor Jeffrey D. Sachs will headline the event, drawing on his recent 30,000-kilometre journey across Eurasia to discuss tourism as a conduit for peace. Long Yongtu, the former lead negotiator for China’s WTO accession, is set to provide a keynote analysis on China’s inclusive growth model and its implications for global industry transformation.

Key sessions will tackle the integration of artificial intelligence and regional mobility, with experts including Decius Valmorbida of Amadeus IT Group and Tony Fernandes of Capital A Group exploring how technology is disrupting traditional booking experiences. A major ministerial panel, hosted in partnership with UN Tourism, will bring together officials from Malaysia and the Republic of Korea to discuss public-private cooperation ahead of the 2027 International Year of Sustainable and Resilient Tourism.

Beyond high-level policy, the agenda highlights practical applications of the 'Tourism+' model. Discussions will feature leaders from New Oriental Education & Technology Group and Bosideng International Holdings, alongside grassroots initiatives like the 'Village BA' sporting events in Guizhou. The forum will also integrate site visits to the Macao Union Medical Center and the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin to demonstrate regional infrastructure development.
